The funeral will take place at the Don cemetery to-morrow afternoon.

In the connection with the death of Mrs. Edwin Griffiths, which took place at East Devonport on Wednesday evening, it was stated in yesterday?s issue that the cause was septic poisoning, following on the extraction of teeth. This is not correct, as the septic infection had manifested itself some twelve months ago, and the extraction of teeth was performed four months ago under medical advice to relieve the patient, which it did, Mrs. Griffiths eventually dying from anaemia. The members of the Mersey lodge, Protestant Alliance Society, are requested to meet at the bank corner at 2 p.m. today for the purpose of attending the funeral.
