  Alta May Flack is the second child of Eva May Butcher and William Moore Flack. She was born on 13 Jul 1918 at Granville, New South Wales, Australia. Alter left home early to work in the city. In the 1950's she took advantage of her dual nationality, went to the United States, possibly to look for her father or members of his family. She was a very private person and not a good communicator and it is not known if she ever did find them. She settled there, never married and died in California, USA in 1980.
