  • Notes
    • Arthur's birth details were obtained from South Australian Births 1842-1906 book 360 page 117 district code Hin.

Arthur was a Sunday School Super intendant and Deacon, and was interested in all church activities. He was a Real Estate Agent and Land Broker for many years - A.C. and C.T. Adcock (brothers), Croydon and Adelaide. Arthur moved to Tusmore in the Depression (brother C.T. moved to Croydon). Later both sons Clarence and Don joined the business under the name of A.C. and C.C. Adcock. Gladys was a secretary for many years in the Burnside district. Arthur was a keen gardener and named their homes at Croydon, Grange, Tusmore and Erindale "Floralea". He maintained a great interest in the business until his death.
