Hilda is my grandmother. She was known as May and was born on 31 May 1893 at "Pipeclay", Mudgee NSW.

She was the Eldest child and was known as a quiet person who was always good to the younger ones in the family. She married Walter Tucker (born in Swindon, Wiltshire, England). Walter worked for the NSW Railways as a blacksmith striker. They had 3 children, John, Mary and Clara who died at the age of 3 years. They lived in Newcastle (Hamilton) and Sydney (Rochdale and Mortdale.)

Hilda Remarried after the death of Walter and died under the name Hilda May Wall. Died in Calvery Hospital Kogarah NSW. Second husband was Andrew Wall lived Richardson Street Albert Park.

After the death of her second husband Andrew she moved back to Sydney and lived With both her children Mary and John. She was living at her son Johns home at the time of her death.

Siblings are Irene, Harvey, William (Bill) Orris , Frederick, Alma, Caroline Agnes and Cecilia.
